zc33s Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms carefully before using the zc33s platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the zc33s platform — whether via a web browser, mobile app, or any other available medium — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the zc33s platform. Continued use of the platform following any published amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users who have not yet reached 18 years of age are not permitted to register or use this platform under any circumstances.
Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
To fully access zc33s services, you are required to register a valid account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
Account Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. Any activity that occurs through your account — whether with your knowledge or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify the zc33s support team immediately at [email protected]. zc33s will not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to secure their own account.
Account Suspension & Closure
Zc33s reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice if the user is found to have violated any terms in this document, provided false information during registration, or engaged in fraud, platform abuse, or any unlawful activity. Users whose accounts are closed due to a violation are not entitled to regain access or claim any remaining balance.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a user of the zc33s platform, you agree to use this service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable Malaysian law. You are strictly prohibited from:
- Using automation software, bots, or any third-party tools to access or manipulate the platform.
- Sharing your account with another individual or transferring account ownership to any other party.
- Taking any action that could damage, disrupt, or negatively affect the operation of the zc33s platform or its related systems.
- Distributing content that is misleading, defamatory, or that infringes the rights of third parties through any medium associated with this platform.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to zc33s systems, servers, or other users' accounts.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in legal action and/or immediate account closure. zc33s reserves the right to take whatever action it deems appropriate in each case, depending on the severity of the violation.
Payment & Transaction Information
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the zc33s platform — including deposits, bets, and withdrawals — are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). zc33s supports local Malaysian payment methods including online banking and approved e-wallets. Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered in their own name. The use of third-party payment methods without authorisation is prohibited.
Deposit & Withdrawal Processing
Deposits are typically credited to a user's account shortly after successful verification. Withdrawals are processed in accordance with established internal review procedures, and processing times may vary depending on the chosen withdrawal method. zc33s reserves the right to withhold or cancel transactions suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates these terms. Any taxes or charges arising from transactions are solely the user's responsibility in accordance with applicable Malaysian tax law.
Technical Errors in Transactions
In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect credit or payment to a user's account, zc33s reserves the right to correct the error and recover any amount that was incorrectly credited, regardless of whether the user has already made use of those funds.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Zc33s Liability Limits
The zc33s platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, zc33s shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to service interruptions, data loss, or financial losses resulting from betting decisions.
Intellectual Property
All content on the zc33s platform — including logos, designs, text, images, software, and databases — is the property of zc33s or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any part of this content without written permission from zc33s. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links
The zc33s platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. Such links are provided for convenience only, and zc33s is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the zc33s platform shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for any legal action relating to this platform.
